TCU DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING FALL 2023 ENTIRE COURSE SLIDE NOTES

Training DVD

TCU offers Two-day Introductory Ministering Freedom Seminars.  One of those seminars was filmed and we have a four DVD set (8 Sessions, with over nine hours of teaching on DVD—the live demonstrations were not included in the DVD set) available for purchase.  The teaching contained in this set would go a long way toward a church or another ministry starting its own effective Healing and Deliverance Ministry.  Individuals seeking their own freedom have also found watching this set helpful prior to coming in for personal ministry.  To give you an idea how comprehensive this “introductory” seminar is, a full description is given below.

Four DVD set from the Two-Day Introductory Ministering Freedom Seminar

[The set may be ordered for $25.00 (plus postage and handling).  If you would like to order a set, please let us know by emailing to Freedom@TheChurchUnchained.org.  We will be back in touch to process your order.  The cost, if purchased at a seminar, is $25.00.  If we need to ship it, we are asking $30.00 to cover the shipping and handling.]

MINISTERING FREEDOM SEMINARS

In the spring of 2013 (April 5-6) we offered our first Introductory “Ministering Freedom” Seminar.  This was two full days of practical teaching—a “comprehensive introduction” even though that may sound like an oxymoron.  It was a huge success, and following that seminar, many people asked for a second one to be offered, either because they did not find out about the seminar until after it was offered, or they thought it was so good they wanted to invite others from their ministries to come to receive training.  The feedback we received following the first Introductory Ministering Freedom Seminar is below:

FEEDBACK RECEIVED AFTER THE FIRST INTRODUCTORY MINISTERING FREEDOM SEMINAR

Here is some of the feedback received following the first Introductory Ministering Freedom Seminar:

“God was evident!”

“The demonstrations were invaluable!”

“Everything was great.”

“Very well organized. Great teaching.”

“Room too cold, but otherwise perfect! A ‘10’ [smiley face]”

“Excellent”

“Very well organized. Information was factual, Bible based, not sensationalized.”

“The schedule was great and food was wonderful. Great information. Really appreciated the amount of Scriptures shared.”

“It was wonderful. So well organized. Music was great. Teaching was awesome. Hospitality people are awesome.”

“Very informative, eye opening experience. Hospitality was wonderful. Jim very insightful. This was a great experience!”

“Very comprehensive. Lots of new information. The demonstrations and the calm authority demonstrated [this is what was liked most about the seminar]. Clear teaching.”

“Jim spoke from the heart and in so many times and places the Holy Spirit was present.”

“Gave enough of the basics to go out there and do it—and the hospitality was awesome.”

“Opened my eyes—was expecting to ‘gather’ information. Have instead received ‘practical applications.’ Many ‘wow’ moments—wasn’t expecting. Organization awesome—food, hospitality awesome!! Love, love, love! the info!!”

“Fascinating!”

“Enjoyed all of the conference. Awesome ministry. From the first day everything was done in the spirit of excellence.”

“I never heard of deliverance like this. Awesome!”

“On a scale of 1-10 I rate this a 10! I’ve only heard positive comments.”

“Information was presented clearly and thoroughly. Pastor Jim is a very effective teacher. Testimonies were very helpful to help explain the effects of ministry. Food was awesome! Fabulous handout.”

“This was an amazing experience! Very organized and efficient. Really appreciated the breaks and opportunity for fellowship and discussion of perspective. . . . Everything was perfect!!! Thank you for all the sacrifices and hard work! Truly a blessing.”

“The whole seminar was amazing. . . . Thank you for all you did.”

There were also helpful suggestions for improvement, which generally centered around the amount of information presented in a relatively short amount of time. Some suggested we move to a three-day format (while also acknowledging this may not be practical). Others suggested printed outlines of the presentation so people would not feel they had to constantly be taking notes. It was even suggested we should televise or podcast the seminar or put it out on the web in other ways.

We offered a second Introductory Ministering Freedom Seminar in the fall of the same year (November 8-9).  This time we recorded the entire seminar on video (except for the live demonstrations, out of respect for the privacy of those being ministered to).  The DVD set from that seminar is available for purchase.

Information from that seminar is below.  This is so you know the content of the DVD set. TCU is also available to present this introductory seminar in other churches or to other ministries.  If you are interested in this, please let us know, and then we can talk to you about working out the details of the arrangements.
